' The Scottish city of Aberdeen has a new and dynamic destination venue to add to its thriving entertainment economy following the launch of the UK’s first MERKUR Casino,' said the company in a statement. The venue made its debut on June 23, following an opening ceremony featuring Irina Ruf, CEO of Merkur Casino, alongside Sascha Blodau, General Manager of Merkur UK and Mark Schertle, Chief Operating Officer of Merkur Casino UK. Merkur has held the official opening of its first UK casino in the Scottish city of Aberdeen.
